Top Nations That Scored High In Global Social Well-Being Index

Uruguay:

A coastal nation in eastern Latin America, Uruguay is a place where you are brightened to see the sweet combination of modernity and traditionalistic trend intact everywhere you lay your eyes on.

From enthralling white-sand beaches to low-cost high standard living, this is the best option for any individual. Extensive infrastructure, easily accessible places, and modern up-to-date facilities; low crime rates, combined with relatively mild and uniform weather conditions are a strong magnetic force.

Uruguay also scores high on environmental criteria. The six-city Uruguay tour covering the capital Montevideo and the cities of Colonia, Punta del Este, La Paloma, Piriápolis and La Barra - José Ignacio is very popular with tourists, many of whom flock to the six major hot springs in the country. The Montevideo Carnival in February is also a huge attraction.

El Salvador:

Officially the Republic of El Salvador, El Salvador is the smallest and the most densely populated country in Central America. Important cultural and commercial centers for Central America on the whole include Santa Ana and San Miguel.

Thanks to its ongoing rapid industrialization, in 2010 El Salvador ranked 12th among Latin American countries in terms of the Human Development Index and fourth in Central America (behind Panama, Costa Rica, and Belize).
