Faisal, the founder and CEO of the user generated content and consumer review website, MouthShut.com was slapped with Section 66A over 800 times. He had challenged the section by filing a writ petition and explains the reasons why he did so. He says that every company has its own terms and conditions that excludes posting any defamatory content and says that he received several legal notices against the content in his website despite the measures. He says that the rule had hit them hard.
