Early Bird Gets the Worm: And AAP got it right. Soon after the dismal performance in the Lok Sabha election 2014, AAP and its chief Kejiriwal had been preparing for this election. They got ample time to mend their mistakes and sketch out a perfect plan that best suits their preferences. Right from the declaration of candidates to preparing a manifesto AAP was way ahead of BJP and Congress. Even when BJP came to power in the center they did not give up on the winning prospects. The party used all the multiple challenges available at their disposal to show good results.

Mufflerman v/s 10 Lakh Suit man: There are leaders who are born and there are leaders who are made. And certainly people follow the leaders based on their perception about a leader. In some areas we find leaders holding ‘mass’ gatherings in star hotels , which is not meant for the masses and that is where they give a wrong perception. Likewise wearing a 10 lakh suit with his name inscribed on it, did not quite help Modi. It is the large number of poor and middle class citizens you are ruling over and ‘suits’ do not quite appeal to them. Love it or hate it, Kejiriwal’s mufflerman image worked wonders. People could relate to this common man than the ‘suited’ class.
