Ironically today’s world development implies increase in global warming and reduction in greener gases. This shows that our efforts towards a greener environment are definitely not good enough. Industrial waste among all the pollutants amount to very high levels of green houses gases.

However against all odds there are companies which are genuinely putting in efforts to contain such harmful pollutants. Energy Digital honors these ten tech companies which use green energy to contribute to a greener and safe atmosphere:

SAP America: A world leader in enterprise software and software related services, is a leader in saving energy too.SAP The company uses 86,000,000 kWh of green energy annually. SAP is dedicated to utilize the sustainable energy as much as possible. The company writes that “SAP is an exemplar of sustainable companies we have decided to purchase over 350 gigawatt-hours of renewable energy worldwide to power all of our data centers with renewable energy sources, “SAP's goal is to get our carbon footprint back to the level it was at in 2000.” In the beginning of 2014 SAP officially stated that it would use 110 percent renewable energy and has been sincerely working towards that goal ever since.
