Russia:

With 69,117,271 number of military manpower, Russia is one of the strong military forces in the world and this has raised the military budget considerably.

The annual spending of Russian over its defense forces is estimated to $87.8 billion. This northern Eurasian nation has the largest accumulation of nuclear weapons in the world.

It has the second largest fleet of ballistic missile submarines and is the only country apart from the United States with a modern strategic bomber force.

Saudi Arabia:
