Subhreet Kaur became popular with her ‘one legged’ performances in India’s Got Talent. She was recently seen in the eighth edition of color’s channel celebrity dance reality show ‘Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa’. She rose to fame with her beautiful dance performance that spread positivity to all the amputees around the globe. She met with an accident in 2009 and because of the carelessness of the doctor she lost her leg. But she got inspired from Vinod Thakur, another handicapped dancer on reality TV and decided to achieve her goals through dance.

Sudha Chandran

Sudha Chandran is an accomplished Bharatanatyam dancer, Indian film and television actress, who turned to acting following the loss of a leg in an accident on June 1981 at the age of 16. She is well known for her roles as Ramola Sikand in Kaahin Kissii Roz and as Yamini in Naagin and also for playing Anand's first wife in Hum Paanch. She has a prosthetic leg and she learned to perform the dance form with her fake leg. Now she is one among country’s most proclaimed classical dancer and has performed in most parts of the world.
