Vladimir Putin:

The President of Russia, Vladmir Putin was born on 7 October 1952 at a Navy Officers house. He is one of the highly educated leaders of the world and has graduated as a law student from Leningrad State University in 1975.

Putin later joined KGB which was the intelligence agency of USSR and was promoted to the rank of lieutenant colonel but resigned in 1991 to start his political career.

During his reign from 1999 till date, real income and wages have been increased dramatically and poverty and unemployment decreased rapidly. He supported high-tech industries such as the nuclear and defense industries. Putin has cultivated a strongman image and is a pop cultural icon in Russia with many commercial products named after him.

David Cameron:

The Prime Minister of the United Kingdom and Leader of the Conservative Party, David Cameron studied Philosophy, Politics and Economics (PPE) at Brasenose College, Oxford, gaining a first-class honours degree in 1988.

Cameron’s teacher Professor Vernon Bogdanor described him as "one of the ‘ablest’ students he has ever taught, with ‘moderate and sensible Conservative’ political views”.

The reason he is number sixth on our list is basically because of his extra ordinary skills and devotion to his work. He is considered one of the most able politicians of his time. He studied Philosophy, Politics and Economics (PPE) at Brasenose College, Oxford.

Before ascending to the office of Prime minister, he was also appointed Minister for Civil service and remained a leader of opposition before finally becoming Prime Minister.
