Any person in their right mind would say that eyes tend to twitch at times when we are really stressed or due to dryness in the eyes. Sweeping Floors in the Evening Can Drive Away Laxmi from Home:

Is your house messy and in need of some cleaning? Well you might have to wait till the next morning to start your cleaning. Because it is said that sweeping floor in the evening hours can drive your goddess Laxmi , the one who brings all the riches, out of the house. In India it is believed that Laxmi visits every house around 6-7 PM in the evening. But she is a goddess and definitely would like to visit a cleaner house than a messy house that lacks basic hygiene.
