Tech Mahindra to Acquire 75 Percent Stake in Big Data Firm FSNI


Bangalore: The Indian Multinational Company Tech Mahindra has announced to acquire 75 percent shares in Big Data and Analytics firm Fix Stream Network INC (FSNI) for $10 million.

FSNI founded in May 2013 by Abhinav Padhye and Sameer Padhye has developed an In-depth integration and analytics Platform which assists Enterprises with datacenter and cloud management. Their technology transcends the entire domain to bring about the essential correlations that have never existed before – making silos redundant.

FSNI is developing a technology which will benefit Tech Mahindra’s Customer Base and this deal will also help in the growth of the company. This acquaintance with FSNI will help Mahindra in expanding its scope in terms of innovation, talent and time to market.

After this announcement Tech Mahindra’s Stock’s rose up by 0.4 percent to 1,776 rupees at 13:01 and touched a high of 1,790 rupees and at 1400 hours they were being traded for 1,774.80 rupees.
