Subscriber Base: 9 Crore.
State owned Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) stands at number 5 on the list. This state owned mobile network operator caters to its audience mostly in the northern and central India. The biggest asset of BSNL is that it has a good coverage in rural areas.
