2. McNerney, The Boeing Company

James McNerney is an American business executive who currently serves as the Chairman and CEO of The Boeing Company.  Recently when he was asked if he was thinking about retiring after he turns 65, he replied that he won’t retire because "the heart will still be beating, the employees will still be cowering," reports The Seattle Times.

Later, McNerney sent an apology companywide stating, “I should have used different words, and I apologize for them. I will definitely be more careful going forward."

Although, McNerney remarked his statement as a “joke gone bad” but unfortunately the employees didn’t find it funny at all.

3. John Legere, T-Mobile

John Legere is the CEO and President of T-Mobile U.S.  Legere is known for often channelizing the writing in frank and direct comments when he speaks which, according to him connects him with his employees and customers. But during a press event in June, he pushed it too far when describing rivals AT&T and Verizon, “These high and mighty duopolists that are raping you for every penny you have ... they f------ hate you.”

T-mobile employees called him out for undaunted sexual violence in an online letter, although, he hurriedly expressed his regret on twitter the following day, “The drawback to having no filter when I speak… sometimes I need a filter. Genuinely apologize to those offended last night.”
