In the corporate world, be the company is at the summit or going through the bad time the total compensation of the CEOs is always something interesting to know.

Here is a list of the 10 CEOs in this ranking, who get paid the least.

#10. Lothar Maier, CEO of Linear Technology:
The Chief Executive Officer at Linear Technology Corporation, Lothar Maier was the Chief Operating Officer since 1999 and in January 2005 he became the CEO.

He also served as an Executive Vice President of Worldwide Operations, a Senior Vice President and Vice President at Linear Technology Corp. Prior to 1999, he served at Cypress Semiconductor Corporation in various management positions.

He has a B.Sc. degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of California at Berkeley.
His total compensation in Linear Technology during the most recent fiscal is more than 30 crore and the company had a total return of 21 percent.
