C. Douglas Mcmillon is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Walmart Stores, Inc. McMillon was promoted to succeed Mike Duke, 63, as President and Chief Executive Officer of Walmart on November 25, 2013 and assumed the role on February 1, 2014. McMillon also sits on the company’s board of directors. He received a bachelor's degree in accounting from the University of Arkansas in 1989 and an MBA from the University of Tulsa in 1991.

Hiroshi Mikitani is a Japanese businessman and the co-founder and CEO of Rakuten. Mikitani was born in Kobe, Hyogo prefecture, Japan. He attended Hitotsubashi University, graduating in 1988.
