10 Endorsement Deals That Went Wrong

Tiger Woods: A man who fell from Glory not just in the game but every other aspect of his life was hurt most by his endorsement deals. He was the highest paid sports person year after year, before his numerous affairs can to light. Ever since this news came out, Woods has been struggling to get back in the game he once was a master of where many critics said he had no rival. But his endorsement deals went shooting down.

The biggest was when Accenture, the IT solution company had end a long lasting relationship with the sports star. They believed that ‘he was no longer the right representative’. Woods still does have faithful endorsers who still believe in him.

Charlie Sheen and Hanes: No one can miss the famous ‘Two and a Half Men’ actor who was loved by all viewers of the show. Lately he has been making headlines for the wrong reasons and has also been dropped from the show entirely.

Charlie was the brand endorser for Hanes, the underwear company along with Michael Jordan, but the company parted ways with him after his arrest for domestic violence on his wife. The company called it a ‘straight call’ to remove him as their endorser, though the company was criticized  for waiting too long to end the relationship with him.
