It is reported that she along with her husband Mark Consuelos moved to a penthouse that was previously occupied by Nicole Kidman because their family grew in number and their Previous home a SoHo loft was not big enough.

They sold the loft for $6.7million and later listed the Penthouse that they occupied for $24.5 million. Though the actual selling price of the penthouse is not known but is believed that the family reaped a huge amount. 

Leonardo DiCaprio: He is one of the firsts among movie stars to venture into Real Estate, which he did right after the success of titanic. It is believed that his Real Estate business is so vast that it can be called an empire. He has invested over $23 million in this year alone in Real EstatesHe recently invested  in an apartment in Greenwich Village, spending $10 million on the apartment.
