Jennifer Aniston: The Popular movie star who rose to fame after her role in the classic TV series ‘Friends’ is a lover of homes. Though she is often on the news for some sad relationship failures or lunch out with friends, she is recently making headlines for Real Estate success. She basically buys a home, gets it renovated and then sells them for a whooping price.

She made a success story from the midcentury Beverly Hills mansion that she bought for $13.5 million and sold it to Bill Gross, Pimco billionaire for $35 million after negotiating from her original price $40 million.

Jeremy Renner: The rising icon in the Hollywood industry with his achievement in action films like The Hurt Locker, Avengers and Mission Impossible four, isn’t stopping there.

Even though he and his best friend Krisoffer Winter are new to the industry they bought a fixer upper in Nichols Canyon for $659k and later sold it for $900k in a few months. Having tasted success the duo has since flipped over 16 homes. Their latest was a mansion that they bought for Holmby Hills for $7 million and later sold it for $24 million back in 2010.

Courteney Cox: Another star from the classic TV series ‘Friends’ is also cashing in on the Real Estate industry. She is not new to this industry at all as she grew up in a family of contractors and building renovators.

She used to renovate small houses before but is slowly widening her investments to bigger homes. Her biggest success was from recently selling her and her ex husbands Estate house for a whooping $20 million though they bought that house only for $5.4 million.
