Chicago Entrepreneurs
Finally, siliconindia has moved out of the Silicon Valley and has covered entrepreneurs from the MidWest. This is a good sign and I truly hope that the VC community will start investing more in this part of the U.S. While there is skepticism in the VCs, it needs to be remembered that entrepreneurism can flourish in any geography, given the right guidance and directions. I, for one, believe that your magazine should do more stories from other states in the U.S., where there are entrepreneurs quietly working away at their success stories. Kudos in your brave effort.

Open Source in India
Open Source in the enterprise is a great opportunity for India to develop its own domestic PC market. With freeware or lowcost solutions, PCs could become an even more affordable product to network the entire country. It could also drive the employment market. I hope India does not let go of this opportunity.

Reverse Brain Drain
The career section was a good story on your successful career fair. Congratulations on tapping the growing interest of India as a powerful software company. It will be interesting to watch how many of the Indians in the U.S. actually come back. Even more interesting will be to note their settling down process. There is rich experience in learning from them.
