2. Nicolas Cage

Nicolas Cage is an American actor, director, and producer. He has performed in leading roles in a variety of films such as National Treasure, Ghost Rider and many more.

Although, Cage grossed over $150 million between the years 1996-2011, but the actor was failed to pay $14 million in taxes to the IRS, the U.S. government agency responsible for tax collection and tax law enforcement. Cage had four $6 million federal tax liens placed on his properties.

3. Samir Karnik

Bollywood producer and director Samir Karnik was arrested by Service Tax Department for alleged tax evasion of Rs 1.18 crore and was later released on bail by a court in 2013.

The anti-evasion team led by Deputy Commissioner, Service Tax, Samir Wankhede found that Karnik had provided copyright services for 11.50 crore to a film distribution company in respect to the film 'Yamla Pagla Deewana', reports PTI.
