We all wish to own our very own dream house. But, buying a house requires time, commitment and money. So, if the guy is the only one shelling out money for the house, then think again. Buying a house together requires going over a few basics. First - documents which say who owns how much of the house. This can be calculated by who spends how much on - monthly mortgage, down payment, taxes and the like. Second – always have an agreement ready which states how the proceeds of the house will be divided in case of selling the house. So, if the guy does not have these documents, he might face troubles when the couple is headed for splitsville.
