UTI Charitable and Religious Trusts Fund top MFs last week


Bangalore: UTI Charitable and Religious Trusts led the mutual fund schemes last week with a growth rate of 3.3302 percent. As on May 21, the net asset value (NAV) of the scheme was 164.3581. UTI Charitable and Religious Trusts is an Open ended Growth Scheme with the objective to provide a good rate of income - minimum 12 percent, provided the conditions remain the same as at present. According to mutualfundsindia.com, other mutual funds which followed UTI Charitable and Religious Trusts are Hang Seng BeES , Escorts Gilt Plan - Growth , IDFC Government Securities Fund - Institutional Plan - PF Plan - Plan B - G and IDFC Government Securities Fund - PF Plan - Plan A - Growth with growth rates of 1.0129, 0.9549, 0.9108 and 0.9011 respectively. As on April 30, 2010, the fund size of the UTI Charitable and Religious Trusts was 403.47 crore. V Srivatsa is the Fund Manager of the scheme.
