Midfield IPO subscribed nearly 13 times on final day


New Delhi: The initial public offer of packaging firm Midfield Industries today generated good demand among investors, and got subscribed 12.92 times at the end of its final day here. The issue, through which the company aims to raise up to 59.8 crore, received bids for over five crore against the 45 lakh equities on offer - thereby getting subscribed 12.92 times. The non-institutional investors' portion was subscribed 48.41 times, while the retail and QIB portion was subscribed 13.50 and 1.86 times respectively. Midfield has entered the capital market with an issue size of 45 lakh shares in the price band of 126 to 133 per share. The IPO was opened on July 19.
