Amazon Web Services to Get Financial Services from Rackspace


BENGALURU: Now Rackspace, a cloud computing company rolls out its financial service to Amazon web services internationally. These services are provided to all markets outside the U.S., enabling customers in the UK to let Rackspace take care of their infrastructure, according to v3.co.uk.

Rackspace personally takes it as its privilege to extend its Financial Support service to customers across the globe; providing us the opportunity to continue combining the world’s leading cloud platform from AWS with the world’s leading provider of managed services from Rackspace to a broader range of businesses. These services are provided 24/7 to customers; it also helps in giving practical solutions to problems and actively listening to customers and individual communications.

The company is now planning to provide tools, expertise, application management and operational support for Amazon Web Service customers outside the U.S. The company trained-up a team of certified AWS engineers and architects, as well as recruiting pre-qualified professionals and acquired more than 200 technical certifications. Altogether, Fanatical Support for AWS offers two service levels which is, Navigator for customers that wants to benefit from its expertise but keep overall operational control.

By giving its financial support to customers globally, it will now have access to a more local team of technical account managers, certified AWS architects and our world class support. Rackspace also announced the general availability of Fanatical Support for AWS in the U.S. and limited beta availability for the rest of the world last year, at the AWS Re:Invent conference in October.
