4 Precautions to take to Avoid ATM Scams
As much as possible try and go to the ATM centre you are familiar with. Avoid ATM's that are located in a crowded or isolated place. If the ATM you are about to use looks suspicious in any way, i.e., damaged or tampered with, then do not use it. Find another ATM to use. Even a slow-moving ATM indicates it's been tampered. Do not use non-bank ATM machines as the risk of ATM theft scams is higher than machines at your bank.
