318 Crore via QIP issue
Mumbai: Software firm 3i Infotech is planning to raise over 
317.81 crore through the issue of equity shares on institutional placement basis.
In its filing to BSE (Bombay Stock Exchange), the company said that the board of directors of the company has approved the issuance of up to 37.5 million equity shares at 84.75 per equity share, thus garnering 317.81 crore.
On BSE, shares of the company were trading at 85, down 3.95 percent. The filing further said that the floor price of the QIP issue was fixed at 84.74 per share, and the relevant date for this purpose is September 17.
