Are you passionate about raising fund for charities? If yes, then how many times you ask the same people?  In such cases, you can go for an immediate approach to your family and close friends. You can also start a self help group to aid this endeavor of yours. If you solicit any of your distant relative for more than twice in a year, then you can send an e-mail annually by asking them which causes interest than most, like aiding an NGO or helping orphans. That way you don’t have flooded them with requests.
