The company is founded by a small team of experienced professionals with a combined experience of over 50 person years in Software Development, ERP Consulting, Quality Management Systems and Manufacturing & Supply Chain Management.

The founders have worked in senior management roles in startups & large MNCs in the US, Europe & India, with over 25 person years of experience of having worked at both ends of the outsourcing / offshoring model. This vast experience has helped them understand the dynamics and nuances of the outsourcing / offshoring model and has provided them with a blueprint of what is required to make the offshore operation beneficial & successful for the companies that work with them.
