Jamuna brings over 25 years of solid industry experience in Finance & Control and various facets of Human Resources management. After gaining rich experience in Finance & Control, Jamuna moved to Human Resource management, in the Compensation & Benefits team, with her Finance acumen. She also lead the SAP HR implementation for Nestlé in India which involved HR Process re engineering and process mapping. She then moved to the Management Development role, where she successfully established and is currently leading the Talent and Organisation function for Nestle in South Asia Region with focus on Performance Management, Organisation Culture, Talent Management, Diversity & Gender Balance, HR Communication and Employee Engagement. She is also supporting the Technical and Mannufacturing function as HR Business partner, with over 10 factories in Nestlé South Asia Region.
