Chiranjib is responsible for strategic direction and day-to-day operations. He has working experience of 16 years, mostly in development of  Operation and Business Support System (OSS/BSS) products. Before cofounding Zinnia, Chiranjib has worked with Aricent for 7 years where he has served as Director - Engineering. He has led development of many OSS/BSS products at Aricent. Chiranjib holds a Bachelor of  Engineering from Bengal Engineering and Science University (BESU), Kolkata and Masters from National Institute of Industrial Engineering (NITIE), Mumbai.
