After an eventful career in the IT sector spanning a decade and a half, Venu set out on his own with like-minded

people and founded Litmus7. His unmatched experience in building niche technology practice for the retail industry enabled him to form a consortium of seasoned information technology professionals, who are specialists in engineering ecommerce platforms.

One of the core members in building and establishing retail technology practice for Wipro's Kochi development Centre, Venu was instrumental in growing it fromscratch to a 150+member strong team.Acclaimed as a leader with enviable credentials in driving new initiatives and running large deal programs, he was conferred an award for his management skills by the Chairman of Wipro, Azim Premji. Venu's relentless efforts coupled with his outstanding leadership skills entailed assured business sustenance for all the engagements he led. During his tenure at Wipro, he successfully headed engagements worth 40m and above, operating with a highdegree of customer satisfaction.
