Storage
For organizations that demand the highest level of enterprise storage performance, LSI delivers an unmatched portfolio of storage technology solutions. We are the market leader in SAS, enterprise RAID, and application acceleration. With our unique product line breadth, LSI enables the entire storage ecosystem. Datacenter , public cloud, and on-premise server environments use our unique storage market insights and "storage DNA" to increase performance while lowering total cost of ownership. The LSI family of SAS products includes RAID-on-Chip, host-bus adapters, RAID controller cards, SAS Switch and advanced software. Server and external storage vendors use these products to build industry-leading storage solutions. LSI delivers smarter , faster application acceleration solutions by combining SSDs with intelligent software that analyzes data hot spots to determine which data is best processed in Flash and which is best stored in HDDs, enabling customers to select the right amount of flash for the price and performance needed. OurSoCs (system-on-a-chip) power hard disk drives and solid-state drives, enables higher capacity points to accommodate ever-increasing amounts of data.

Networking
As everyone and everything connects to the digital world, the need for innovative solutions for enterprise andmobile networks continues to increase. LSI is addressing this challenge with a range of intelligent solutions that enable consumers and businesses to stay connected. The LSI portfolio for mobile, enterprise, and wire line networking allows intelligence, control, and security to be distributed throughout the network. Our multicore communication processor family is ideal for applications such as wireless base stations, gateways, and data center control plane processing. Our processors and accelerators deliver deterministic, low-latency performance, traffic management, deep packet inspection and security and packet processing.
WHAT NEXT ?
Today LSI is at the forefront of important inflection points like big data, cloud computing, social networks and mobile computing. All of these trends are driving a "data deluge", a massive amount of data growth and LSI "smart silicon" helps datacenter and mobile networks manage this explosion of growth. LSI is expanding its solutions for these markets with exciting new products. Another exciting trend is the fast adoption of flash-based technology in client computing and datacenters where LSI is a clear industry leader .
