The company was incorporated on May 1, 1995 under the Companies Act, 1956 as Info Edge (India) Private Limited and it went publicon April 27, 2006. The company has three wholly-owned subsidiary companies namely Naukri Internet Services Private Ltd, Jeevansathi Internet Services Private Ltd and Info Edge (India) Mauriti us Ltd. The company also undertakes investments in early stage companies / start-up ventures with a view to tap into the growing Indian internet market
