About us
Glassbeam is a Big Data applications company specializing in multi-structured data analytics for device manufacturers, software vendors, and their users. Glassbeam's pre-packaged applications for customer support, product development and sales leverage the company's breakthrough Semiotic Parsing Language (SPL) that can quickly extract strategic intelligence from complex operational data contained in multi-structure machine data.

Puneet brings over twenty years of global experience in the IT industry to Glassbeam. He is responsible for setting the company direction, building the right team and delivering on the promise of ground-breaking product analytics solutions.

Prior to Glassbeam, Puneet was Founder and CEO of Orchesys, a professional and managed services firm focused on enterprise storage solutions. In the process of delivering services, he assembled a world class team with unique knowledge and expertise to fulfill an unmet need for data center product vendors. This need was to acquire profound insights and real-time visibility into product usage by mining product operational data from the installed base; based on this mission, he and his team developed the Glassbeam product analytics solution that is applicable to any product manufacturer, whether in the data center or outside. Before Orchesys, Puneet was Senior Director at Network Appliance leading the Database and Business Applications Solutions Group where he was responsible for major cross functional initiatives with global accounts. His general management skills are well complemented with client delivery experience through his work at Ernst and Young and Tata Unisys as a management consultant.

Puneet is a graduate of management school at University of Chicago and holds a BE Electrical degree from Punjab University, India.

Glassbeam's Cloud based log analytics solutions provide businesses a clear view into their customers based on true data from their logs. This information is presented using flexible visualizations benefitting support, services, engineering and product groups.
REVENUE MODEL:
Subscription based revenue model that lets users pay as-you-go. Revenue model is split into two parts - platform price (amount of data processed per month) and application price (modules, user seats).
