An entrepreneur and former commodity trader, Manav is the driving force behind Eka's innovative product portfolio and is responsible for its global business strategy and growth. Employing his in-depth knowledge of commodity markets and insights into the shortfalls of the technology that prevailed, Manav founded Eka in the year 2004. Since incorporation, Manav has worked towards his vision of creating a world-class Indian Software Product Company which provides an End-to-End Commodity Platform for global physical commodity markets.

He graduated as an engineer from REC (Regional Engineering College) Jalandhar, and followed this by an MBA from IIFT (Indian Institute of Foreign Trade), Delhi. He was recently awarded the Star Entrepreneur Award for 2008-09 at the 2nd Indira International India Innovation Summit.
