Cyril Crasto, MD, Cradiant: Cyril has about 22 years of experience in Information Technology. He has managed large Oracle e-Business Suite customers and partners in India and abroad. He has vast experience in IT solutions through partner alliances, technology consulting and program management. He became first-generati on Entrepreneur in December 2009 by starting a globallyfocused IT Services company along with his two brothers. He has completed BCS, MBA (Systems) and MBA (Marketing-Hons.). Cyril is currently pursuing PhD in 'Entrepreneurial Marketing in IT startups' from the University of Pune.

What Next
Cradiant has plans to consolidate its current client base in APAC & EMEA regions with new value-added service offerings. The company wishes to drive new revenues through new services based on Oracle Fusion and Oracle Cloud. It is also looking forward to expand the staff strength slowly as the business demand grows and is hopeful to develop new clientele in US/Europe in the next year.
