Usha has over 20 years of experience ranging from systems integration, software testing, consulting, presales etc. She has been instrumental in setting up Test Centers of Excellence within organizations that are responsible for providing support to sales and delivery teams by articulating key customer challenges; providing business and technical solutions, implementation roadmaps and value based selling apart from knowledge management, capability building and providing solution accelerators.
She has been key in driving test alliances and partnerships; evaluating test tools for fitness of purpose and cost-benefits. In her previous roles, she has worked as a consultant evaluating testing processes and practices and identifying key areas for transformation of the practices across multiple business domains like BFSI, Telecom, ERP/SCM etc.
Prior to founding Last Mile, Usha has worked with leading Product and Service Organizations like i2 Technologies, Siemens Business Services, Perot Systems, MindTree Consulting, TechMahindra etc.
