Avoid drinking energy drinks while going to bed:

While going to bed in the afternoon or in the night times, always you must avoid drinking energy drinks such as coffee, tea, soda and other energy drinks which contains caffeine in it because caffeine will always keep you awake. Other than caffeine, alcohol too have the capacity of keeping you awaken all the time, so avoid consuming alcohol while you are nearing the sleeping time and at the same time avoid drinking lot of fluids while going to bed because you may wake up in the middle of your sleep.

Keep yourself away from sleeping in the daytime:

It is the most common mistake most of the people do who stay at home everyday. You may feel sleepy if there is no work to do at home and if other family members are out for work. It is a normal tendency with everyone. It is very necessary to avoid going to bed during day time because if you sleep at the day time it may affect your night sleep where you may not get sleep till late night. So, to avoid day sleep you can engage in other activities like reading books, listening to music, trying to cook a different new dish that can keeps you engaged all the time.
