He would find it perfectly right to point out your mistakes, and degrade your efforts which seem worthless to him. He wouldn't mind changing the business plan at the last moment, to suit his ideas, or change the meeting destination just because the place is windier. You don't need a narcissistic leader, but an understanding right-hand man, who would complement you, rather than dictate you.
