He is more annoying than the employee-partner, as the latter keeps on asking you for things, but the former likes to give free-advices to you and others every now and then. He is like a nagging nanny, who expects you to do everything according to the book, keeps your things at their places, and not let you sit at peace till you adhere to what he says. He would love to make reports and make sure that all the papers are in place before any meeting. His insistence on perfection would make you wonder as if you are back in high school. You can better get a partner who gets things done (even though shabbily) on time, rather than a spick and span person, who makes you run after deadlines.
