Bidzina Ivanishvili ranks third on the list with a net worth of $6.4 billion. Ivanishvili was a Candidate for Prime Minister of Georgia (Fall 2012). His wealth is equal to half of Georgia's GDP, and he has also used it to provide for the people living in his hometown of Chorvila, creating a modern feudal municipality. He is believed to be the richest Georgian in the world.
