6.Sukhinder Singh Cassidy

Sukhinder is the former president of Asia pacific and Latin America at Google which is a search engine giant having its presence in 103 countries across the world. Inspite of being one of the most visible faces in the top management, she decided to quit on this role and go after her dream of becoming an entrepreneur.

Ecommerce has been a very successful venture in today’s modern world as it saves lot of money and resources, thus she decided to target this particular segment. She setup a premium online video shopping network called JOYUS at the IT hub of America-Silicon Valley. It was her goal to make life more enjoyable for women in America. A graduate of The Richard Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario Canada, she serves on the boards of Trip Advisor and Formspring incorporation. Cassidy is also an advisor to Twitter as well as serves the Advisory Council for Princeton University’s Dept of Computer Science. As a former board member of J Crew Group Incorporation she has over 18 years of experience in leading consumer internet and media executive at global and early stage companies including Google, Amazon, Polyvore, Yodlee, and News Corporation.
