Why should CEOs be like an Eagle?

Soar High without Mixing
The eagle generally flies alone at great altitudes (around 10, 000 feet) and do not mix with smaller birds. The lesson here for the CEOs is that they should learn to be alone and share their time with people who share the same ambition and desires. Mixing up with birds just for the sake of company is below the dignity of the eagle, as it treats the smaller birds as prey. The high flight provides them a clear vision of what is going on below them, which helps them to spot their prey, and decide upon where they want to go next. The position achieved by the CEO should not be used in mixing up with people just for the sake of company, but for studying their mindset and refining their strategies, so as to suit the employees.
