Lays eggs on a Nest made of Thorns
The eagle lays its eggs on a nest made with grass, entwined with thorns. When the eggs hatch, the weight of the eaglets makes the nest uncomfortable for them, as the thorns start to prick them. The female pushes the eaglets out of the nest and before they fall to the ground, the male swoops down, picks them and brings them back to the nest. In the meanwhile, the female moves the upper layer of the grass so that the eaglets sit directly on the thorns, making them very restless. Again they are pushed out of the nest, till they are able to see the danger and start using their wings. This exercise makes them realize the purpose and teaches them how to fly. Generally CEOs are faced with the gruesome task of looking for a suitable successor. They should prepare their successors in time, so as to face the troubles in their absence. They can give them mock drill, where they have to take care of a high-stake issue, and similar drills would make them prepared to take on to the top positions when required.
