Bangalore: Sleep is the best part of our daily routine. Scheduling a time to sleep is the best ways to relax ourselves, so don’t try to miss your sleep at any circumstances. In this New Year, try to make a resolution that you will aim at having good sleep to make sure to be healthy this year. Create a comfortable atmosphere:

During those situations make sure your room is quiet, dark and see to that the temperature is comfortable as it is a very important factor to have a good sleep. Another factor you must note is that your bedroom must only be used to sleep, so avoid setting up a T.V in your room or doing your office work over there.
