Michael Edwardes' "Nehru: A Political Biography"
Micheal Edwardes biography, "Nehru: A Political Biography" was in print in 1973. The book raised al lot of questions regarding Nehru's efficiency as a political leader. It also stressed on difference of opinion and disputes within Congress leadership prior to independence. Indira Gandhi, Nehru's daughter and Prime Minister of India then, affirmed an internal emergency and jailed the opponents after court's verdict went against her. The book was banned in India during that period, but it's now available.
