Ways to Overcome Misunderstanding
Usually in organizations, people try to play the blame game and in the extreme cases might resort to calling names--which is a very unhealthy scenario for any organization. In such scenario not only the business relations get disrupted, it might lead to bitter feelings about the other party. The parties can immediately try to find solutions and come to a common landing, rather than doing a post-mortem of what and who went wrong. The spotlight should be on the issue, rather than finding the scapegoat--which would further delay the project. But the point to be taken care of is that others should not be involved in the misunderstanding, and the topic should be refrained from being brought up or repeated again.
