Siddhartha Gautama Jena
Siddhartha is from International Academy of Bloomfield Hills in Michigan. His topic for the project was, “Elevated Cholesterol Impairs Water and Gas Transport in Red Blood Cells.” The study established the fact that the dysfunctions of active water, oxygen, carbon dioxide transport by red blood cells are the immediate effects of high cholesterol. He has attended almost all the science courses that were offered by his school. He likes to choose Biology and chemistry for further studies at college. Apart from his academic excellence, Siddharta has also interest in instrumental music; he plays piano and saxophone and he also has great passion for community service.
