Nimbu pani is traditional lemonade. It is also known as Shikanje in North India and Pakistan. Alternative names include shikanjbi and limbu paani. While the base ingredients include lemon juice, it also has variations of ginger juice, ice and water, along with other ingredients like salt, saffron and cumin. The traditional recipe can also be experimented using mint leaves, etc.

Aam Panna:

Aam Panna is an Indian drink well-known for its heat resistant properties. Made from green mangoes it is used as a tasty and healthy beverage to fight against the intense Indian summer heat. This delicious mouth watering drink looks light green in colour. This beverage is prepared using raw mangoes, sugar and an assortment of spices.

The drink is mainly consumed in the North India and is considered beneficial in the treatment of gastro-intestinal disorders. It is also considered as a remedy for blood disorders because of its high vitamin C content.
