Willaim Shatner, the legendary Star Trek actor, began experiencing severe back pain in 2005, where it was later found that the cause of the pain was a kidney stone. After successful surgery, the actor asked the medical authortities if he could keep the offending item where his intention was to auction it on eBay in order to raise money for charity.

#6 Beer Can On Auction

Surprisingly, a Clipper Pale Beer Can, circa 1941 achieved a bidding of $19,299.99. It was sold to a bidder who saw treasure in what others might have seen as rusty, 12-ounce empty which never even gains a recycle fee. The seller said the can, which once contained ale from Grace Bros. Brewing Co. in California, was found stashed near his old building.
