Aruna Jayanthi:
Aruna Jayanthi is the CEO of Capgemini India.
Jayanthi handles the operations across all the business units – Consulting, Technology services and Outsourcing services in India with a focus to increase the integration and performance for Capegemini in India.
Jayanthi was appointed with this role in January 2011. Prior to this, she was the Global Delivery Officer for Capgemini Outsourcing, where her responsibilities included improving the quality, productivity and profitability of Capgemini’s outsourcing worldwide operations.
Jayanthi was recently ranked 3rd in Fortune India’s list of 50 Most Powerful Women in Business 2012 and has also featured prominently in Business Today’s list of Most Powerful Women 2012 for two consecutive years.
Debjani Ghosh:
Debjani Ghosh is the Managing Director – Sales and Marketing Group, Intel South Asia. She leads the marketing and sales operations for Intel, concentrated on products and technologies for all the South Asian countries.
At Intel, her duties include delivering world class sales and marketing initiatives along with developing new strategic relationships with the government and other major players in the technology industry.
Prior to this, Ghosh was the Director of Southeast Asia and managed Intel’s businesses in countries like Indonesia, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Philippines, Vietnam, Laos, Cambodia and Brunei.
Ghosh holds an MBA in Marketing from S P Jain Institute of Management and Research, Mumbai.
