Neelam Dhawan:

Neelam Dhawan is the Managing Director of Hewlett-Packard India.

Her responsibilities in HP include ensuring the revenues and profitability from HP’s Services, Personal Systems and Imaging & Printing businesses.

At HP, Dhawan leads the strategic and corporate development efforts, shaping and helping the company to build a strong business agenda.

Prior to this, Dhawan was the Managing Director of Microsoft India, a position she held from 2005 to 2008. She is very well known for her operating efficiency and business management skills, as she was one of the key factors for Microsoft in improving the overall strategy and financial performance.

Dhawan also held a variety of successful leadership positions in leading conglomerates, including HCL and IBM.

Dhawan holds a bachelor's degree in Economics from St.Stephen's College, New Delhi, and a Masters in Business Administration from the Faculty of Management Studies, Delhi University.
